Although the hotel does not feature any event space, we are located within walking distance to several venues that offer event space to accommodate a small board meeting, classroom or workshop, to a banquet or wedding. We would like to recommend the following:
1069 Howard Street (At Seventh Street, one-block from the hotel)
Once the William Randolph Hearst newspaper printing plant, The Box SF’s historic feel is showcased through warm wood and original 1920’s windows, balanced by a modern industrial loft feel.

Our venue is rented out per floor. There is also the possibility to rent out our entire building which consists of 3 floors and 6 different spaces.

This 1200sq ft pop-up venue is great for events of 48 seated and 80 standing. It has a full commercial kitchen: convection oven, induction burners, 3-compartment sink, stainless prep tables and a full suite of equipment. Reclaimed wood tables, seating, lounge & bar area.
245 5th Street (Two-city blocks from the hotel, about 1/2 mile, close to Moscone Center)
This is a 1400 sq. ft. loft for entrepreneurs, executives, startups and business professionals to conduct offsite team meetings in the heart of SoMa San Francisco. The loft is designed for day-use offsite meetings for a maximum of 12 guests. It features floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped open kitchen, massive wall-sized whiteboard, fast wifi and wired Ethernet, Epson projector and 60-inch LCD monitor, laser printer and office supplies available.
